The half day

What a workshop looks like.

Four blocks, each ending with something you keep. We adjust the examples to your industry before the day.

  1. Block 1 · 60 min

Writing and analysis with ChatGPT and Claude

Draft, summarise, translate and analyse with your own documents. Learn the three prompt patterns that cover most office work, and where these tools still get things wrong.

  2. Block 2 · 75 min

“Build me a small tool” with Claude Code

Describe a tool you wish you had and watch it appear: a calculator, a checker, a form, a small dashboard. You leave with one that works and the method to make the next.

  3. Block 3 · 60 min

One automation you will use on Monday

Connect two tools you already use with Make, n8n or Google Apps Script. Typical picks: enquiry form to WhatsApp, receipts to a spreadsheet, a daily summary to email.

  4. Block 4 · 45 min

Your prompt library and what to do next

Turn the morning’s work into a shared, reusable set of prompts for your role. Agree what the team adopts first, and what is worth building properly.

Who it is for

  • Founders and business owners
  • Operations, admin and finance staff
  • Sales, marketing and customer service teams
  • Anyone who does repetitive work on a computer

What to bring

  • A laptop, any operating system
  • One real task you want to make easier
  • Access to the tools you use daily (email, sheets, WhatsApp)
  • Free accounts for ChatGPT or Claude, set up beforehand with our guide

What you leave with

  • One working automation for a real task
  • A prompt library for your role
  • A small tool you built yourself
  • A one-page plan for what the team adopts next

Before you book.

Do I need to know coding for a workshop?

No. Our workshops are designed for founders and non-technical teams. Bring a laptop and a real task from your work. We’ll guide you through the tools step by step.

Can you train in Malay or Chinese?

Our workshops are currently delivered in English. Sessions are available online or in person across Klang Valley, at your office, a coworking space, or a suitable coffee shop.

Is there a public session I can join alone?

Not at the moment. Workshops are booked by a company for its own team, which lets us use your real tasks and tools. If you are on your own, the build-with-you sprint or a coaching engagement is the better fit, or message us and we’ll let you know when a shared session is planned.
